Bailee

Hi!  I'm Bailee!  I've finally settled into a great foster home and I'm loving it.  My foster mom and dad think I am SO CUTE, from my ears to my wiggle butt.  I love to cuddle on the sofa in the evenings, I don't mind hanging in my crate when they leave for work for the day, and I am perfectly house-trained.  This is all because I am a mature 9 year old, not a silly pup!

I even know how to politely take a treat.  I LOVE treats!  However, because they also seem to think I need to lose a few pounds, my foster mom and dad are making sure that I eat healthy and in the right proportions, and that I get 3-4 walks a day.  I also LOVE to walk now - I wag my tail while we're getting ready to go out and the whole time we're in the park.  Foster mom says it will help me to get to a healthier weight for my future family. You'll need to be thoughtful about that until I'm where I need to be.  

Did I mention that I adore people?  I've been called a "doll" many times, probably because I'm gentle and sweet and will roll over for belly rubs.  I'm at ease with other dogs and I am very chill around human guests, too.  I love to ride in the car.  I'll get into the backseat and lie down like a good dog.  My leash manners are pretty good, too.
